For those taking herbs, is ramping up still a thing? It seemed important in the past, but there's very little talk about it nowadays.

Ramping up has been a feature of NBE for many years. I believe it was Greenbush who originally promoted the concept so it was probably their own idea. I haven't noticed it being less relevant now. Look at BreastNexum - they talk about it there all the time.

Ramping up will always be a thing. For some people it's preferable to gradually increase their herbs and find their suitable levels than to start with pre-determined specific doses, so it will always be a popular concept.
