Fibrocystic Breasts?

#2

hi nellnell8 ..there's not much i can tell you but i've read many studies that say we don't get enough iodine through diet and we need this for our health, especially breasts need iodine to stay healthy  lookHERE   andHERE   ..there are a lot of iodine products on amazon, i've taken kelp tablets, lugols 5% although you mostly find 2% and ionic iodine by 'trace minerals' ..also, my doctor told me some time ago not to drink much coffee because it wasn't good for my breasts ..this was in response to the fluid-filled cysts in the breast he would occasionally have to aspirate ..they were benign but it worried him. i drink tea, now, mostly oolong tea  ...it has about 1/3 the caffeine. the massage you're doing contributes to breast health if nothing else. this next thing i'm about to say is mostly based on stuff i've read but, estrogen, being a sex hormone can drive cells pretty hard and progesterone, among other things, acts like a counter-balance  ..i swear i can't remember the details ..i may be wrong but i think it may reduce the number of estrogen receptors that our cells express  ..i hope someone can help me remember ..maybe lotus. i use a bit of pro-gest ..i don't use a lot, though. let us know how you're doing, ok???
