How much soda or sugary delicacies do you eat?

I have no idea what you are like, but having worked at a slot machine casino, we would always offer our guests Coke light or zero when we had run out of regular coke. The word light or zero made like half of them almost gag. My colleague on the other hand didn't bother to ask them, and I swear even I hate Coke zero (love light, and flavored zeros, just not the plain one), and a single customer "complained' or mentioned the weird taste. Granted, they are so busy gambling, but I also have poured diet drinks into bottles of regular sodas, when my neighbor and ex-bf was all thirsty and like he couldn't touch a single drink. I only did this a few times, and his reaction was different, some he didn't like, others were ok, but given that he looks at everything suspiciously or questions it before even trying, I count that as a clear yes to the diet in disguise. There are so many different flavors out there, I am sure everyone willing to give this a try, will find something he can drink, and even enjoy, if they just don't know it's light. I am not a fan of serving people things they don't like, but if it is solely because of the taste and is in those cases only imaginary, there is only a benefit, their unnecessary "suffering" from thirst has come to an end and they liked it. I would never do this with alcohol or meat, things that actually disgust someone or makes them ill. But if it's just the word people have an aversion to, then fixing this problem is no problem at all

Oh I dont like light, there's often things like artificial sweeteners in light consumptions to replace the sugar. And these sweeteners like aspartic acid are even more bad for overall wellbeeing.
I just have to limit my sugar intake,I know I cant live 100% sugarfree. I tried that ever since starting nbe, but I have a sweet tooth unfortunately.. Smile
