Hi girlies,

Hope everybooby is doing swell  Wink
I wondered how much sugar containing delicacies(excluded fruits) everybody is consuming?
I read over and over past years how bad sugar is for breast growth and for overall health. But with 2 little ones in the house you cant say you dont have anything yummy to eat, so often I join with eating all the candies and to my surprise nothing bad is happening in the boob departement... Huh
I did notice in the past that particularly soda is bad for my tetta's.. maybe thats bc I used to drink soda all day long. Candies are atm a after school habit.
But  I am so curious to other experiences with sugar, whether its good ,bad or if theres any difference in the end at all...

Love ya BN xoxo
I have no idea about the sugar thing, but how about you try introducing sugar-free drinks into your diet slowly? I have no idea what you are like, but having worked at a slot machine casino, we would always offer our guests Coke light or zero when we had run out of regular coke. The word light or zero made like half of them almost gag. My colleague on the other hand didn't bother to ask them, and I swear even I hate Coke zero (love light, and flavored zeros, just not the plain one), and a single customer "complained' or mentioned the weird taste. Granted, they are so busy gambling, but I also have poured diet drinks into bottles of regular sodas, when my neighbor and ex-bf was all thirsty and like he couldn't touch a single drink. I only did this a few times, and his reaction was different, some he didn't like, others were ok, but given that he looks at everything suspiciously or questions it before even trying, I count that as a clear yes to the diet in disguise. There are so many different flavors out there, I am sure everyone willing to give this a try, will find something he can drink, and even enjoy, if they just don't know it's light. I am not a fan of serving people things they don't like, but if it is solely because of the taste and is in those cases only imaginary, there is only a benefit, their unnecessary "suffering" from thirst has come to an end and they liked it. I would never do this with alcohol or meat, things that actually disgust someone or makes them ill. But if it's just the word people have an aversion to, then fixing this problem is no problem at all
I know somewhere over the years I’d read over and over sugar is counter productive to breast growth, Hannah I was an absolute sugar addict during puberty and ended up not growing breasts so I believe it’s bad plus I can’t have it now anyway it flares up my gut. I’d quit the suga SUGAR

Oh gosh I could never quit coffee!!!! No sugar in my coffee  Smile
I have sugar in my booze  Shy but no treats really. But hey if you maintain your size I wouldn't be fretting over it. You'd know if the sweets are hurting you and as you say maybe eating right counteracts the effects! Some people eat shit every meal. Now they have something to worry about !

Oh I dont like light, there's often things like artificial sweeteners in light consumptions to replace the sugar. And these sweeteners like aspartic acid are even more bad for overall wellbeeing.
I just have to limit my sugar intake,I know I cant live 100% sugarfree. I tried that ever since starting nbe, but I have a sweet tooth unfortunately.. Smile

I did quitthe soda for clarification drinkingsodaallday long DID have an effect on me.
But just some candies here and there cant touch me appearently.. i just wonderedhow much sugar others consume and whattheir cupsize is...

Soda or sugary delicacies are not ideal in a diet. Processed sugar is not needed at all in a diet. Now if you consider fruits a sugary food then go ahead on those as the fiber in the fruit creates a more ideal situation in the body to limit the negative effects of sugar.

As long as it doesn’t displace nutritious foods and it’s spread out then a little bit of sugar is fine.  I’d worry more about your teeth than anything.

Keep in mind each can of soda is equal to an entire candy bar.  Multiple cans can displace nutritious food and is a big problem.  A little candy is nothing.

In general make sure you’re getting enough nutritious foods rather than worrying about what to avoid.  Unless the “bad” food is enough to replace good foods.  The worst foods are over processed nutrition destroyed foods like canned foods that might replace a whole meal.  Refined or dehydrated too (unless naturally dry).  Frozen is fine though.

One soda beeing equal to a candybar gets me to think I should really stop drinking soda. But it is part of my habits. Most of the times I drink juice...is that just as bad in your opinion? I know juice qualty varies, I do buy the better ones with real fruit in it and no added sugar.

And what about canned vegetables like lentils etc? Are they bad too?
