Thanks for the info, Ella. I need to eat more red meat, then (especially during my period). I'll look up other sources of iron, too.

I realized my stomach would look even flatter if I didn't have it. https://erickaduftonyoga.files.wordpress....jpg?w=625 See how the lower belly muscles stick out? Mine are kind of like that.

I just don't like how my stomach looks from it and I don't really want my backside popping out. Oh well.(03-08-2016, 04:22 PM)blessedbreasts Wrote: No, it's not necessarily a cause for concern. I have that too! it's crazy. I think waist training helped a bit but I still have it. I always used to say I liked the "curve" in my back- it makes my butt pop more.. but yeah it always looked a little off to me? Like why did I have that curve? lol

I was doing some research, and someone was saying they tried Mint Medley but had better results with pure spearmint. If my high androgen symptoms were light, I'd stick with the Mint Medley. But I have really ugly, disgusting high androgen problems, and I clearly need something strong, so the pure spearmint is obviously the way to go. I tried it in the past, and it gave me these tiny pimples, so I stopped. Well, in doing research recently, I discovered that it can cause some people's skin to purge before it gets better. I wish I'd stuck with it!i wouldnt go pills, im sure this tea inhibits iron absorption too, id look into that as you get low!
Not sure if I should get the tea in the spirit of keeping my routine food-oriented, or if I should cave and get the capsules.

MissB it could just be because of how big your buttocks are? Did you back touch the floor before you started taking macaroni to enhance your butt?
