Thanks for the compliments!
I won't be seeing the boy this weekend. I knew the chances were slim, so I'm not too disappointed. But I went to an event last night with his cousin where I found out a little more about him. His sister was there as well. She's really sweet (and pretty); she came over and hugged me. I should have interacted with her more. I'd love to be friends with her.
Anyway, his cousin was talking about his personality a bit, and I realized it's pretty much exactly the type of personality that jives well with mine and makes up for some of my weaknesses. He sounds like a fun person. And he's actually not shy. He just gets quiet around me, which makes me a little sad. Looking forward to seeing him again and actually talking to him.
Now that I'm thinking about it, when I'm with his cousin, he comes up pretty regularly. I can tell his cousin really likes him. It's cute.
I really need to talk to him and get to know him.
It definately sounds like he has a shine for you.

Sounds like his sister is an easy way in. She has already made it clear she wants to be friends so you should get to know her better. And of course tell her you want to get to know her brother.

I'd be way too embarrassed to admit I want to get to know her brother! But I should definitely communicate with her more.
I wish I wasn't so shy and self-conscious. This would all be ten times easier. Half of me is still convinced he doesn't actually like me.

I've been debating whether or not I should get spearmint supplements rather than drinking the tea. https://www.amazon.com/Swanson-Premium-Spectrum-Spearmint-Capsules/dp/B00K7OO1SG/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1469920655&sr=8-1&keywords=spearmint The problem with drinking the tea is I'm just not consistent with it. Also, since it's hot, I make it iced, and my family keeps drinking it, too, since it's sitting right there in the fridge.
I don't know, maybe I should just get strict with myself and make a point of brewing a cup of it, adding ice cubes, and chugging it down at two or three set times during the day. Take it like medicine.
Does anybody have experience with the capsules? Are they worth it?

Just thought I would bring up the subject of going braless again. You say your old bra is too tight and are reluctant to buy a new bra at this time, and you also said that your nipples were too sensitive to go braless. How about a couple of bandaids X fashion over each nipple? Then you could go braless without your nipples rubbing against fabric. I guess I just don't think you should restrict your boob growth with a tight bra.

By confiding with her, you would find the answer to your last statement.

That's a good idea, thank you. I might try that in the future. For now, though, it's not an issue as my breasts aren't filling out my bras as much. But I think my thighs have also gotten smaller, so there's a positive.
I've never confided that sort of thing to anyone in person. I'd seriously die of shame. Especially with it being a close family member of the person. The mere idea makes me want to burrow into the ground and become a prairie dog.

I've been really enjoying working on my body and doing research on changing the things I don't like about it. Lately, I've been seriously looking forward to my workouts and have been challenging myself in new ways. I can't wait to watch the Olympics. I'm sure watching all the fit athletes will inspire me further.
A video that taught me something new about lower belly fat: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=02KeHPE9obs
Also, I saw this several weeks ago, but I forgot about it: http://mollygalbraith.com/2012/08/weekly...and-tummy/ I didn't know about rib flares. I definitely don't have one whatsoever, but I still wonder if one can make their rib cage smaller by doing the things she suggests even in the absence of a rib flare. That could, in turn, make one's breasts appear larger and increase an hourglass look. Worth a try.
Anyway, while doing research into rib flares, I found some detailed information about posture. It made me realize that I might have slight lumbar lordosis. https://usercontent1.hubstatic.com/9232559_f520.jpg (the typo on this picture is really bothering me...) I have a hard time touching my lower back to the surface below me when I lie on my back, and I used to have to do stretches when I'd go to bed at night because lying down caused pain in my lower back. My behind definitely pops out like the girl's in the picture. It's funny, now that I think about it, I remember someone I know pointing out a girl who had it and I thought it looked really good and kind of wished I had it, too. Welp. Makes your breasts look really perky, that's for sure.
Other updates: I've been struggling with massaging twice a day again because I've been so busy. Need to get up earlier. I'm considering taking an iron supplement for a week, as my under eye area has been bad lately and I've been fatigued and I realized I rarely eat good sources of iron, nor do any of my supplements contain it. I wonder how iron affects breast growth. I've been sleeping a bit more. Reading up on inositol powder as it not only helps lower androgens, but it also aids in mental health, something I desperately need.

Supplemental iron feeds pathogens I know that much so I have to eat red meat when I have bouts of low iron. But yes the pale under eyelids is a good indication
