also I am on a diet too! now ONLY water, no more juice and cut out carbs / bread and dairy! healthy fats are amazing good luck with your exercise!
Yes, she's got the nice, tight but not overly-muscled look that I like.
Core workouts scare me a bit because I put on muscle sooooo easily and I'm prone to a six-pack look. But you've got a nice, teeny waist, so I know whatever you use works! Please do share.
Good luck with your diet! I'm personally doing a water fast today (mainly for religious purposes, but I'm not having an evening meal like I usually do when I fast). Let's keep focused! Killer bods, here we come (although you already have one in my opinion)!
