The Year-Long Massage and Diet Project (No Herbs)

I did a bunch of research on water recently and did some price comparing at my grocery store. I've decided on a Brita water pitcher that counts down to when you need to change the filter, and I'll supplement that with bottles of VOSS or Fiji water, whichever has a deal going on when I do my grocery shopping.

Until I have the money to get all this, I won't be drinking much water. I was reading what water that isn't properly filtered or comes through old pipes can do to your body, and it freaked me out, particularly in regard to kidneys. So I'm going to wait until I have safe water to drink.

Thats right. Do they flouridate your water too? WE have a whole house filter so i feel pretty safe with our water, i still buy the boxed water as is a natural source with minerals etc. Its hard to drink alot of water and honestly with sibo even water can aggravate you

All the water here is fluoridated, yes. I wish we had a full house filter. That's honestly the very best option. Wow, sounds like EVERYTHING aggravates sibo, huh? You poor thing! Sad What caused your sibo in the first place? Was it certain herbs?

I hope your family is doing well. *hugs*

Annoying observation: When I'm at home (not staying some place else) and I eat whatever I want, my waist is smaller and stomach is flatter. When I force myself to eat healthy, I get bloated and my waist and stomach go up a good inch.

I've observed this a few times now, and I can't understand it. But it's pretty consistent.

I'm going to do an experiment for a week and eat whatever I want for the most part and, at the end of the week, I'll see how my waist and stomach are doing.

Meanwhile, my breasts look sensational. I have a feeling I'm going to keep a good deal of my luteal swelling this time.

We are sure it was two lots of antiobitics the Drs made me take a couple of years ago. They stripped all my bacteria in my gut and i didnt use probiotics to replenish it.. Thats when all this started. Worst bit is, i didnt have any infections as they misdiagnosed me twice. I hate them.

All this because they misdiagnosed you?! Twice?!! Angry Sis, this is so upsetting! Gr! No wonder you're willing to spend money on the naturopathic route. I can't believe this has happened all because of a mistake!

Now I'm going to be daydreaming about going back in time and bursting into that exam room right as they're diagnosing you and yelling "You're wrong!" and whisking you out of there.

Noooo, I refuse to believe that! I just went and read a little about sibo. It sounds like they're working on more and more treatments for it. I believe they'll come up with a safe cure! You'll be okay, Ella.

Ha ha, nothing's going to stop you from buying bras! Can't wait to see pics of them in your program page.

Thanks! Although right now I can feel the usual loss of volume as my luteal swelling decreases. Oh well. At least my waist has gone down, too.
