Isn't longer and longer swelling time proof that it is turning into permanent growth? A slow process to be sure, but I think it is already starting for you.

You're right, James, and thanks for reminding me. I've said so myself way back in this thread, but I want it to be permanent growth now! I'm willing to wait, but I guess that doesn't mean I'm not greedy and a little impatient all the same. Tongue

I haven't had the energy to massage for days now. Do you mix it up bb with the massage style. Sorry I'm so tired I forget and your thread got long like mine Smile how much time do you try to give massaging per day?

Isn't it great though that maca had my cycle on time this month. While I believe it has strong hormonal influence I do try to keep in mind it's a food not herb cause I fear herbs like you now.

Congrats on the maca helping you out, Ella! I wonder if it would balance my cycles out, too. I'm way too frightened of it to take it, though.

As for massage, in the morning I pump into my armpit 10 times, do 25 squeezes of my breasts, 100 circles over the entire breast, then repeat from the squeezes until I've done 100 squeezes and 300 circles. At night, I do 300 circles, then I massage 10 circles in 4 different places under my collarbone, followed by massaging my shoulders near my neck on either side in 10 circles. I'll finish by doing some extra circles on my (smaller) right breast. Once a week, I'll switch my evening routine for my bathtime routine, which I start by exfoliating my breasts, then I do 300 circles and then I use my bust roller. Also, throughout the day, whenever I wind up topless (so, for instance, when I go to the gym and change out of my sweaty workout clothes to shower), I'll massage 100 circles. So I might do that 1-3 times during the day depending on what I'm doing that day.

I'll admit it's a lot.

So lymphatic stimulation or drainage first, gently squeezes i assume, the when you say "you do circles" you are moving your fingers? or hands? around your breasts 100 times?

So the other circles you are doing must be to stimulate pressure points?
This sounds like a good plan!

I do understand about the maca i really do, IIII infact am afraid of using it too. I live in hope it is purely just a food that nourishes and corrects our adrenals and hormones, and i cant argue i havent had my cycle arrive on Day 27 for a VERY long time. Thats not to say it will remain that way... But for now its done more than even chasteberry did. To be fair ive heard worse of vitex/chasteberry re side effects, but with that said i do believe long term CB is a good option.

By circles I mean female deer massage, basically.

Glad you're having success with maca. I'm kind of interested in using vitex/chasteberry some time in the future, since it seems like I need help with progesterone. I won't be using any herbs for a long while yet, though.

I just did your routine btw. Just used fingers over and around breast lightly.

Its soo relaxing. I have it on my phone, as I've mentioned before i dont think it works for breast enlargement if you are simply "hearing" it as i used to run it all night long and my husband didnt grow breasts!
