If anyone tries the bucket mode, even on the sly, there must be a report! Also, I have heard that bigger people, even when a they are "obese," might tend to be more strong. I know several bigger people that just have an easy strength. I was reading about a woman who released lot of weight and one thing she missed was that strength. She said that no matter how much she worked out and lifted after releasing weight, she felt so wimpy whereas before, she was much heavier, but she was more powerful and solid.
Anyway, I think big legs are lovely. I have always had solid legs. And even though they are a little chubbier than when I worked out a lot, they look super good in pants! No thigh gap for me, thanks! I guess variety makes the world go round. Smile
Here is a little hint about how relating to the body: Talk nice!! Seriously! Be kind and understanding and appreciative of what you can appreciate. I am naturally inclined to a Kim Kardashian-like lower half, but as I prefer to forego that attention, I wished for my pear to reduce. Guess what, after years of complaining, wishing seemed to produce results that griping didn't. In the past few months, I am much happier with how my pants look and fit! My fried wished that she had more pear. Guess what- she got more pear! Consider more and more releasing what nags you and nags your healthy body and more and more to exclusively and positively focusing on your desires and being more grateful as they manifest.
In my experience and many vicariously, positive wishes can be more powerful than scowls and gripes. People change their bodies with just their thoughts and words, sometimes! Granted, there are many factors. I am healing from a terrible crud that was going around keeping people in their beds and sending them to doctors. How have I found some of the best relief so far after trying various remedies? Meditation! I sit down and encourage my body and thank it for it's good work and stuff! Even I am impressed with the results, though this type of thing is not new to me. I think our cells, like us, work better with appreciation and kind, stable guidance. Be a good leader. You have a wonderful team to work with!

^Exciting! Too bad about the band size, though. I'll have a look in your thread.

Today's intake:
92 ounces of water
Breakfast - Banana, green smoothie, oatmeal with walnut pieces
Lunch - Two pieces of wheat toast with avocado, feta cheese, pepper, and cucumber on top, hot green tea
Dinner - Orange chicken with noodles and veggies, one vegetable eggroll, one chicken and vegetable eggroll, hot green tea
Dessert - Two pieces of 85% cacao dark chocolate

I took two hair, skin, and nails supplements, vitamin c, a probiotic, and cod liver oil.

I sort of forgot to make hummus today, oops. I'll force myself to do it tomorrow.

Oops, I only just now saw this post. I'm always only partially paying attention when I'm on here because I'm doing a bajillion other things.

Thank for you the advice. You know, I'm trying to do the positive thinking thing with my breasts, and it never occurred to me to do it with my thighs. I'm going to start thinking about how easily my thighs can attain a thigh gap since there's already a bit of a space there and how lovely the overall shape will look with a bit of toning and minimizing. I feel better about them already!

Thank you!

Today's intake:
88 ounces of water
Breakfast - Green smoothie, oatmeal with walnut pieces
Lunch - Orange chicken with noodles and veggies, vegetable eggroll with chili sauce and soy sauce, hot green tea
Dinner - Chicken quesadilla with pinto beans, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole, hot green tea
Dessert - 2 pieces of 85% cacao dark chocolate

I took a multivitamin, vitamin C, cod liver oil, probiotic, and folic acid.

I might not do the best with my diet this coming week (and by that I mean I might not eat as much as I should, not that I'll eat junk or something like that) because I'm going to be a touch busier than usual and money's going to be tight for most of the week, so I might not be able to get certain things for a bit. I'm trying to be overly strict with my budget.

Tomorrow I'm promising myself to make hummus! I've been bad about that because I've been cooking so many "involved" things for dinner this week on top of everything else that I've been trying to get done, so by the time I have time to make hummus it's evening and I'm sick of being in the kitchen. I don't have to make dinner tomorrow, though, and the only plans I have are to go to the gym, so I'll make some yummy hummus once I get home (or maybe even before I leave; then I can have some as a reward for getting my workout in!).

Other ways to get chickpeas into my regular intake: http://greatist.com/eat/creative-chickpea-recipes That cookie dough recipe! And there's a sugar-free version! I have got to do that.

Today's intake:
80 ounces of water
Breakfast - Green smoothie, oatmeal with walnut pieces
Lunch - Orange chicken with noodles and veggies, chicken quesadilla with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream, plain yogurt, 2 pieces of 85% cacao dark chocolate, hot green tea
A few spoonfuls of hummus
Dinner - Baked potato with margarine, pepper, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa

I took a multivitamin, vitamin C, cod liver oil, and folic acid.

I finally made hummus. Tahini is so interesting. It smells like peanut butter and looks like a runnier version of it, too. Anyway, making the hummus wasn't hard at all. I wonder if I'm really saving money over the long haul making it as opposed to buying it premade, though. I'd say making it results in double the amount that comes in the containers at the grocery store, so maybe.

Nothing new with my breasts. They're always the smallest at this point in my cycle (follicular phase), so they look a little sad. Probably fuller than when I started, though.

Cheer them up with a lovely massage :p
Do you take pictures for a personal record (you don't have to post them or anything, they make a great comparison tool)

I'm going to research macadamia nut oil now. Sure it's good as a massage agent..

I do a morning massage routine and an evening massage routine, plus little bouts of massage throughout the day, every single day. I guess I've never really detailed exactly what I do. The only time I miss a day is when I'm so deeply depressed that the only thing I have energy for is crying.

I've taken pictures in the past, and I don't do it anymore. It's something that doesn't particularly encourage or help me. It makes the whole operation feel "special," and I'm the type who, if I want to stick to something, has to feel like what I'm doing is normal and no big deal. I'm trying not to think about progress too much and focusing more on consistency.

Always something to research and spend money on in NBE, isn't there? Let me know what you find out about it and if you find a place to buy some!
