I agree with the BO and PM thing... but I am pretty sure the site that breaks down Chiyomilks routine states to take both. Here it seems to be either or.
Also find out what mg your PM is. 4 a day seems like a lot especially if they are your standard 500 mg. You could easily become estrogen dominant. Are you cycling them? Are you on birth control and if so what kind? If it is an estrogen based pill I would definitely lay off the PM or else you might really get your hormones out of whack.
Also with your measurements you are close to me. You sound more like a 32B. Your rib cage is small like mine.
