Thank you, but I cannot possibly subscribe to any of the faith-based 12-step programs. I have been irreligious my whole life and I'm not about to find god at the end of the porn tunnel.

Where in the world are you? It sounds like something maybe counselling/cbt could help you a lot with. Non-religious, but help with thoughts and behaviours that make it worse.

I have actually purchased various huge breast forms and toys to play with and touch to see if that helped to express desire and get it out of my system, so to speak, but it has made it much worse and I feel super creepy for having them now. I don't foresee any realistic way to pursue and date women with huge fake breasts and have been more an more tempted to visit prostitutes as an alternative. I know this is not going to help at all!

Porn is absolutely the root of the problem and I can't imagine life without it. I lived in a remote, rural part of New Zealand for a year once with no access to high speed internet, and as months passed without porn I became ravenous for it and would binge any time I was able to get access to it. It's worse than any drug I have ever taken, and I've done a lot of recreational drugs of all sorts without ever becoming obsessively addicted! I seriously feel like an analogue to a tragic alcoholic that only gets worse.

I understand you. I am this crazy about chocolate. If I have enough of it near me I eat all the time, almost unconsciously. If I force myself to not to eat it, when it gets the point that I can't resist to the temptation I buy and eat 3 snickers, what is about 150g, in only some minutes, and regret soooo much after.

What is working for me is
1- taking it slow. I used to eat 2 snickers a day everyday, and I started eating only one + a smaller chocolate. After 2 weeks, I plan eating only 2 smaller chocolates. Two weeks later, only one. Then I plan to eat only 1 small chocolate every other day and so on until I eliminate chocolate completely from my diet (since sugar is not good for NBE)

It's a good idea for you. You can lower the amount of porn videos you watch a day until it's not interfering in your relationships anymore.

2- relate disgusting things to your addiction. Or things you would never do. For example, every time you start watching porn, imagine the woman is a man (won't work if you're bi). Or better, imagine she's a cow, or a goat, or a boar. Every time you see big breasts, imagine you're fucking a goat, on a table, in front of everyone you know. Or imagine anything else disgusting, and relate it to big fake breasts, until you cannot bear looking at them.

I hope this helped.

If sincere the last place you really need to be on is a place called 'breast nexus' asking for help.

For help seek a qualified therapist. Work it out and get to the underlying cause of your addiction.

It sounds like you have decided you have a problem. Now you need to decide you're going to fix it. We can't do that for you.

That may sound simplistic to you, but you appear to communicate well enough to grasp further context than "get off your ass and do something about it."

People can sympathize or commiserate with you -- anyone who has ever kicked a bad habit or addiction, myself included -- but in the end, no one is responsible for corrective action but you. Whether you need someone to talk to, or don't; whether you replace it with another bad habit, or don't; or if you do nothing... no one but you can make that call.

You alone have the power to change yourself. Once you decide to, nothing will stand in your way.

Wouldn't know. But I do know that sometimes making one or more other lifestyle changes can help you move on to a better phase of life. For example, changing to a healthier diet (over time), or getting more exercise... consciously strive to make some good new habits. Once you find out how easily that comes, it's easy for your brain to get the idea it can kick a bad habit.

All that is, of course, a simpler way of saying that you behaviorally condition yourself, whether you pay anyone to help you or not. (That decision rides on whether or not you have a friend who is near & dear enough to talk it out with. If you don't have one, rent one. That's therapy.)

Hi boobguy! I think your thread is very positive, you want to make your life better, you would like (It seems to me!!) to improve your relationships, I think It's a great thing!! I am a woman, I am not a porno addict, therefore I search always ways to improve my life and relationships, because of my past experiences and maybe family "patterns" I used to have severe lack of self esteem and put myself in potentially dangerous situations! In sexuality It's not always simple to do a clear boundery between "good" and "bad"...but I think an obession is an obession, not love. Only love could heal our lives and something that takes me away from other people and from myself is wrong for me! It would make me a slave! freedom is the highest treasure!
(Sorry, but english is not my tongue..I hope I have well explained my thoughts!)
Why not to try some hypnotherapy? It could give you results in a short time! A good hypnotherapy treats all sort of problems..here is an example and some interviews!

I just wanted to put my two cents in and say,

Congratulations on taking that first step to any recovery program, and admitting to yourself that this is a problem.

I agree with some of the posts here claiming that maybe your problem is with the porn itself, and not necessarily the aspect of huge breasts.

Honestly, a trained therapist who can teach you CBT will be your most helpful route to begin with.

Please do the right thing and speak with someone about your addiction. Coming from a relationship that porn destroyed, I can attest to its damage to relationships.

Enjoying sex is healthy, and there is nothing wrong with it. But generally, when someone is addicted to pornography and they engage in a relationship with another person, there's always going to be hurt. Even though my boyfriend loved me, he couldn't stop himself from using pornography. He thought about it constantly, he spent hours at night collecting, and it made me feel extremely inadequate. He claimed it was not because I was unattractive, but rather he finds every woman attractive.

There's something about it that almost feels unfaithful.. When it's to that point.

I don't know what I'm getting at here, but all I can say is please, seek some help. Even if it's just to talk.
