here am I again!


So news . First bad news. On vacation I was not able to noogle so regularly, three days i did not noogle at all, because I was with my mother, then I started noogling but like half an hour to an hour a day. Both of my cups broke , because i dropped them, and now i am noogling with broken cups, which does not create enough suction. I am waiting for my new cups to be delivered.

On the holidays I gained a bit of weight due to excessive eating, little excercising, no smoking and little caffeine consumption. My breasts are slightly bigger and very nice and round.

I bought fenugreek extract and hops and some other minor capsules like wild yam vitex and saw palmetto and will be taking the wild yam and vitex on the second half of my cycle and SP and hops on the first part of my cycle. I bought a bra 75 C which is fits perfectly and is even a bit small, however it is a small C, because of the country i bought it in - the bras here are smaller than in Germany for the same size, as people are skinnier in general. So I am something like a small C. I have to measure myself to see how much i have gained in weight.

I love how my breasts look they are not significantly bigger, but are rounder and firmer.

I miss noogling normally so much!!! and cannot wait for my cups to be delivered. It is a very addictive sensation.

I dont think i will be focused on losing any weight for now, not until i get the breasts i want, but i will be focused on not gaining anything anymore and doing alot of sports. also on having thin waist so that my breasts can stand out.

When i stabilize my breasts I will lose 3-4 kilos.
I got my hormones checked out everything is perfect, I am ovulating and having good second part of the cycle , I was not able to check the hormones in the beginning of my cycle but will do it next period. I am not at day 15/16 of my cycle taking 3000 mg of FG a day.

I am stopping the PM , because it makes me scared that it is too strong.


So here is my new program -
1. noogle as much as i can with broken cups, do alot of hand massage for the breasts.
have an extremely healthy diet full of protein veggies and nuts. have omega 3 from flex seed oil
second half of the cycle 3 grams of FG, 2 capsules of night primrose oil, 1 g of wild yam, 1g of vitex

first part of the cycle
3-4 g of hops
1 gr of licorice
1gr of saw palmetto

Do yoga every day especially exercises for ovaries and reproductive system.
Go to the gym 4xweek where do intensive short cardios and resistance trainings to tone and get rid of horrible cellulite.
