#1

I am just wondering what you AA women have used that has granted you success. After I finish my stuff now I want to try simple stuff like booby stacked cream, PM, and PC...Sometimes simple is best. No results yet though!

I'm finding out what to do by figuring out my hormone levels. I personally have more testosterone than estrogen (not necessarily PCOS levels, but close; body shape and slightly masculine body hair gives it away) so a good anti-androgen is def on my list (planning spearmint and hops; hops also for estrogen). PM cream as well for progesterone of course. And I'm thinking about using Maca to balance out my hormone levels, but I'm not quite sure how that will work with the rest.

So far, what's worked was massaging with FSO. I use the TigerLily/Fengshui technique and also the Japanese 'cleavage' massage. I like the latter more, it's faster lol.

Want to try hypnosis though, especially the RockMelon Ringtone.

She means PC as in progesterone cream, of course lol. PM cream would be a topical delivery of pueraria mirifica, haha.

Be careful when using Maca. It can raise testosterone/androgen levels if you have an imbalance, especially estrogen dom with low progesterone. It happened with me, and gave me breakouts. Dodgy I drake SO much spearmint tea to get that back on lock. lolz

Will definitely keep that in mind! If I add it in, it will be later, way later lol. Were you using an anti-androgen while you took Maca? I'm curious, because I wonder if the anti-androgen would counter those effects. Probably too good to be true though lol.

Hello! I probably wasn't using as much spearmint as I should've to counterbalance the maca. Buuuut... I really don't think it would've made a difference since I already have excess testosterone. Testosterone will either convert into Estrogen or DHT and if your imbalanced then adding maca won't help. Definitely add it once you're more normalized. Smile
