I wanted to ask if it was ok to just swallow the seeds themselves. They're easily available here and ... well, I'm moving in with my husband's family and it would be weird to be crushing stuff around them. Sad

I'm looking forward to the list too. The only topical I ever used is FG. In theory, I would have more confidence in WY or GR as topicals, but I don't have any evidence to support that.

I don't have any experience with IGF-1 boosters either. Hops does something to HGH and IGF-1, probably locally, as a consequence of the estrogens increase, but I prefer to stay away from supplements that increase them through the whole body. After all, I'm still male, and I don't want a big forehead or big ears.

I still use broken flax seed and whole black seed in my evening porridge. I have used whole fenugreek seed for a while, but I soaked them in water for half an hour first. An evening porridge, or simply a bowl of breakfast cereals or yogurt or ice cream in the evening, is an easy-to-hide way to soak some seeds before you slowly start eating them.

Hi Rosance,

I made a comment there about the doses in the luteal phase. The diosgenin in WY and FG may increase progesterone. The FN contains a phyto-progestin, and maca may increase all sex steroids. When the anterior pituitary gland adds it all up, it may decide there's way too much sex steroids around. Then it will lower LH, and your body's own production of sex steroids will slow down or stop. Keep the FN below 400 mg and the maca below 2,000 mg.

This is my current Luteal Program:

AM: 1 FG (610 mg), 1 FN (480 mg), 1 WY (425 mg), and 1 Maca (500 mg)

Around 5 PM: 1 FG (610 mg), 1 WY (425 mg), and 1 Maca (500 mg)

PM: 2 FG (ea. 610 mg)

Hi Rosance,

It depends on when you eat. Because fenugreek is hypoglycemic, I would take it at least 20 minutes before a meal, and at least two hours after the previous meal. If you time it right, it will smooth out the sugar rush after the meal. If you get it wrong, you will be on a roller coaster of high energy and low energy all day.

Hi Melissa,

No it wouldn't. Fenugreek has the unique property that its immediate effect on insulin level is the opposite of its long term effect. It makes the pancreas secrete insulin almost instantly. Long term, it improves insulin sensitivity, so the pancreas needs to make less insulin for the same sugar intake. As far as I know, goat's rue has only this long term effect. And so does black seed.

Speaking of black seed: I don't know if it's the black seed or the L-arginine, but this is getting scary. This morning I weighed 79.0 kg. I did a breast enlargement massage (360 rotations) and measured. The only thing that changed is my under bust circumference, down to 88 cm or 35 ". So that's a solid 40 D. But if I would lose another 1 cm there, it would round to 34 ", which would make me a 38 E (or F). And all I would have to do is lose a little more muscle behind my armpits. That can't be that hard. But this is clearly an artifact of the bra size calculator, because it subtracts the band size from the actual across nipples measurement. Because the band size makes jumps of 2 ", it can cause a landslide.

Because the difference between bust and underbust is now 23 cm, I'm a 90 F in European sizes anyway.

Hip: 100 cm = 39" (actually the widest part around my butt)
Waist to hip ratio (WHR): 82/100 = 0.82
