Do you ladies prefer Evening Primrose Oil or Borage Oil in your NBE Program?
I see that most ladies use Evening Primrose Oil, but other sources say borage oil might be better.
Also do you ladies prefer flaxseed oil or fish oil in your NBE programs?

Borage oil was working better for me but it gave me horrible acne breakout. It was not a co-incidence because I tried starting with it a few times and each time the result was on my face, literally. EPO doesn't give me acne. Later I read on acne.org that borage can promote inflamation (omega 6?). Also they say that EPO is better for women and borageoil is better[/u] for men.

I chose borage oil just because when I started NBE, I first patterned my program after tigerlily and fengshui. Apparently, the Taiwanese NBErs took 3mg borage oil for the first month, 2mg for the second, and 1 for the 3rd month and the duration of their program.
When I first started NBE last 12/9/10, I took Barlean fish oil in the strawberry-banana flavor. I grew fast in the first month I took fish oil togerther with FG/MSM/soy milk/chicken feet broth. I stopped fish oil after a month since it was too expensive ($26 a bottle good for 1 month).
I started taking one tablespoon flaxseed oil in combination with my FG/SW/WY + FE/Hops/etc tea program about 3 weeks ago. I havn't experienced any growth yet, but maybe a 0.25" difference which is not holding steady.
