It's great to hear that minimally invasive fat grafting for mild tuberous breasts is becoming more popular. Using a needle to release tight tissues can really cut down on scarring and help you recover faster.
The results usually look very natural, especially if you're aiming for a subtle change. Eating well and steering clear of smoking can also give your healing process a nice boost. It's completely normal to feel a mix of excitement and nervousness—just stick closely to your surgeon's advice, and you'll likely end up loving the soft, natural outcome.
Thank you so much for your words of support, yes, you are absolutely right! As the day is coming closer, I feel this strange mixture of excitement and fear, you know. I don't regret, I wouldn't cancel, it's just respect towards such a thing. None of the people around me know about it, just my man. So I keep inventing excuses for upcoming days, it's weird. Wow. I still can't believe it's really happening. That decision came out of nowhere. I really believed that I burried the idea long time ago. What can one nurse and her staring cause

I have final thought and that's whether I should get that noogleberry. My doc has zero experience with it. These devices are not really known in my country. So... I need to make up my mind ASAP.

I think you should definitely get a Noogleberry. Must be used in conjunction with massaging with oil like Almond oil, drinking lots of water, warm breasts before noogling. Should do this for up to 3 months before fat transfer. This will pre-stretch the skin and make the fat transfer go better.

Well that's too late for that, I'm getting the surgery in 5 weeks. My idea was only to try the Miami technique to stretch the tissue a litte 2 weeks before the op. But if another doc says there's the risk of damaging the tissue that's another smart argument.
So getting Noogleberry would be only to pre-stretch the tissue a little for the surgery and create space. Then I would probably return to it 3 months after the op but the doc said I should have another round in 4-5 months so it will already be another pre-op time. Oooh, who knows what to do.

It sounds like you are planning on a second operation, so I suggest you get the noogleberry now and use it until your op, and then afterwards until your second. Damage can happen if you apply too much force, no more than mildly painful, and make sure it does not press on your nerves near your armpit. Push it away from your armpit if you feel any tingling in your arm. Keep sessions short, 15 minutes, release, quick massage with oil, back to noogling. Ideally 4 hours per day, preferably split morning/afternoon/evening. Take two consecutive days off every week, but massage with oil several times every day. No long continuous sessions unless at very low pressure. Any red dots, blisters, steam in cup, or bruising indicate too high pressure. Red flush is expected, but not purple. If this happens, stop until cleared up before starting again at lower pressure. Longer use produces results, excessive pressure will not speed growth.
