Hey everyone!
For anyone who has been following this thread, I wanted to make an update on my progress.
Lately, I've had to stop NBE for personal reasons. I'm still in university, and it's been an extremely tough semester, as I've had some family, home, and work situations that needed immediate attention. It got to the point that I was extremely stressed, and was not eating or sleeping well. That when I tried continuing NBE, I found myself extremely nauseous from taking the flaxseed in the morning. I was so upset because I wanted to continue, but if I did I think I would have grown to detest the flaxseed and soy.
Therefore, before I continue, I want to build and strengthen my body with a healthy and consistent routine before restarting. Meaning: sleeping earlier, eating 3 full meals a day, and exercising properly. I think this is super important to get the results I want. It's all about prepping my body to be ready to take on these changes, and respond the way I want to the program. It's really a science, jeez it's work, but well worth it in the end I believe.
I already know this method is an affective program for my body specifically. It's a matter of the environment my body is in before I can properly engage in it. Sorry to those who have been waiting patiently to see results! I will still continue to update my progress, as soon as I restart it. I have all the ingredients ready, just need myself to be ready.
