I'd like to tell you that PCOS women are able to let their boobs!

Of course, It's more difficult and requires more attention.

Actually, I was thin PCOS woman.

I'm 165cm, 50kg, 65C cup

I have 2 periods a month, and acne, long leg's hair, little baldness.

The doctor said my testosterone level had been high, and ultrasound confirmed PCOS.
I was disappointed

I searched many many times about PCOS and NBE

I often take nuts, omega-3,v-d3,v-c, MSM, noogleberry, massages, listening subliminal,,,,

I sometimes take placenta, hempseed, pantothenic acid
I reduced sugar and junk food and bad food ,,,,,


and this month, I tried licorice root in the follicular phase and FG with PC in the luteal phase 

today, I feel my breasts little swellen!!!!!! Soooooooo happy!!! 




I think Fenugreek ,maybe, plays the biggest role. 

I wonder how it works, and how long have to eat this herbs, what is the side effect, and so on...,


before, "steroidal saponin is important for NBE" was read.
only raising hormone level is dangerous and doesn't work, now I think.

I don't know how long have to take pills.

actually, I still have acnes. It even got worse.

Congratulations.
So if your doctor told you you have PCOS, why doesnt she prescribe something to bring your hormones back in balance?
I think that should be your first priority.

If you think you have sever hormonal imbalance, It's okay skipping a day or two days.

Nutritional mix in sig will help a lot with acne, but it could take a few months to work.  In the meantime try diluting turmeric oil to 20-50% and applying directly to acne.  5 drops spread to whole face plus 1 drop each pimple.  You can dilute with any oil, even vegetable oil (cooking oil), but chia oil and/or squalane is better to dilute because they absorb better and are thinner so your skin is less oily.

Steroidal saponin literally means "hormonal soap".  Unlike other herbs it has a balanced effect on many hormones and other chemicals in the body so it usually won't create a hormone imbalance.  Not all saponins are like this, but the ones similar to fenugreek include shatavari, goat's rue and wild yam.

Yes after you stop the herbs for several months you will shrink back down.  But if you eat a nutritional mix it will help support your body and then it can be safe to use fenugreek and other herbs forever.  But when first starting it may be better to use more nutritional mix and less herbs.

I have 2 periods a month in this year, even untill 6.2018.
But why do I have a menstruation?
how do I have a menstruation?
On the 23rd day, I quit PC and fenugreek.
But there is no sign of starting menstruation.

Instead, I drank 1 spearmint tea because of the acne.
Could this possibly cause problems?

Size goes back down slowly.  You could take breaks of a few months each if you want.  If you grow a lot then it could take years to go back to your original size.

You can try powders instead of pills if you want.  Or foods like soaked fenugreek seeds.  Or if you use the program in my first sig link it maxes out at only about 5-7 herbal pills.  Nutritional supplements could add a dozen more or you could use food options instead.  And of course you need good food for a lifetime.

needed good food for a lifetime is impossible, I think.

maybe, If I take NBE journey 5 years, and then quit for a long time, size must goes back down?

actually, 5 year is very long time and eating so long time herbs have side effect. and If I take herbs, my acne on my face worse. I don't want to gain acne anymore.

My younger sister had implant surgery, and she now want to go back before.

If silicon implant surgery isn't frustrated, fat transfer is better than that?

I had a typo I just fixed.  If you grow a lot it could take years to go back down to original size.  You can take breaks of a few months without losing much size.  Fat transfer is temporary too and likewise slowly goes away.  Sometimes it gets lumpy or uneven.  Silicone often doesn't look right and can have risks.

Most herbs are non-toxic.  Only some people get bad side effects from messing with their hormones the wrong way.  Most NBE herbs are actually good for improving hormones and often reduce things like acne and PCOS.  Good foods will reduce those problems more and are better though.  Some people get worse acne or other problems from using the wrong herbs, which worsens a hormonal imbalance.  Which is not only bad for health but also bad for NBE.  Correct herbs improve an imbalance and improve problems like acne and PCOS, and are better for NBE too.

I suggest taking care of nutritious foods first like the foods suggested in first sig link.  When you first start you use mild herbs.  Unless you have a hormonal test and know which ones you need, you avoid stronger substances like PM and PC because if you use the wrong one it may create an imbalance.  They may also be too strong if your body isn't prepared nutritionally.  Shatavari OTOH tends to have a broad balancing effect and is often beneficial to health even without knowing what your hormones are.  The exception is hypoglycemics.  Especially since you have PCOS I suggest mostly the healthy foods and little or no herbs to start, until you are sure everything is sorted out with nutrition.  Use a little shatavari since it is likely to help PCOS.

I have been taking shatavari for years since it is good for male hormone balance too.  In males it is good for muscle, testosterone and sexual things.  It has made a dramatic difference in my workouts.  It seems to help with mood and other things too.  There have been no side effects at all.  The testosterone boost is only in males, since it improves overall normal hormone balance for each person.  For females it balances out female hormones instead, and it is more popular for females than males.  It is one of the most popular Indian herbs for good female hormonal health.

I have worried about my period, because I had 2 periods a month before.
today is 29th day in my period, and I started menstruation!!!!!
I restored normal cycle only with nutrition and my effort!!! Smile
my breasts maintained little swellen although upper chest's size goes down.
But I'm very happy!!!

Like I said turmeric oil is good for acne.  It's actually amazing and works in just 3 days, starts to work in just 1 day.  Dilute it to 20-60% in any oil (even cooking oil), but squalane and flax/chia oil is best.  Apply twice a day until pimple starts to shrink, spread a small amount on whole face every 1-3 days as prevention.  Tea tree oil is also popular, though I haven't witnessed it as much.  Hydrogen peroxide is good too.  Nutrition may take many months to fix it, so this is a good temporary solution besides washing with a little soap.  Fresh aloe from the leaf (not bottled) can help prevent scarring.

Yes makeup can clog pores too, and sweat trapped under makeup from hot weather also makes acne worse.  Letting the skin breathe as much as possible helps.
