So I bought my herbs today yay!

Starting today my program is:

3 X Fenugreek 610mg
3 X Wild yam 405mg 
1 X SP 450mg 
2 X MSM 750mg

Keeping it similar to what worked for my in the past. 

My starting measurements are:
Under bust - 28in
Around bust without bra - 35in
Around bust with bra - 35.5in

I current wear a 32C although calculators are telling me I should wear bigger :s 

My waist is 27 inches and my goal is to get that back to 25/26 whilst not losing any breast inches so we shall see!

Oh Girl! You should try a bigger bra! I nearly have the same meausurememts and there is noo way to push my boobs in anything smaller than a F- cup (tried a D Cup Last week cause they don't sell that super cute Sports bra in my size ).
Give it a try

I honestly don't see how any bigger would fit! A C doesn't even feel snug! I think they are wider rather than forward if that makes sense lol!

Try a smaller back than 32. It's likely that 32 is far too big for you
