A Dairy allergy can manifest ad instant reaction or delayed reaction manifesting as gastric discomforts, skin conditions etc.
Going to try this tonight, Ella. What happened with yours?

Twice in my life, I was able to give guys signals that I was interested in them. I did it completely by accident both times, but I could tell that I'd gotten their attention and they were interested. I'd been staring at them and they'd caught me, and I smiled shyly while looking away. After that, both guys kept shooting looks at me. I'm going to try that with him.
I'm not trying to lose weight fully intentionally, but I've had disordered eating most of my life and I regularly lapse into intervals of restricting my eating and exercising too much. I'm in that mode right now. I'll snap out of it.
That being said, I ate three meals and a snack today! And I did my full massage routines. *pats self on the back* My breasts already feel a little fuller.
thats a really cute idea
I know it will go well for you
-high five- thats great you had 3 meals
one of my closest friends struggled with an ED, it's the little achievements, yano? *hugs*

Well i put some sour cream on my wrist, it actually burned and tingled for quite a while... but then it rubbed off and i dont see anything this morning. but this Dr reckons you can try this with any suspect food for allergies. Ie if its hard food, mash it up, mix with water and put on your wrist over night.
I will try it again tonight and do it properly

I sure hope so. I might even be seeing him this weekend! The chance is sort of slim, though.
It's definitely the little achievements. It's a lifelong process. You've got to stay on top of your mindset. I'm sorry your friend struggled with one. I hope she'd doing well.
Thanks for the hug! *hugs you back*

Report back with details. Interesting that it burned and tingled. I should try this with wheat.

I ate three meals today. And I got my massage routines in. If I can keep this up for a week, I'd like to think I'm back to being consistent. Tomorrow will be a big test, as it's going to be a pretty abnormal day.
I got my water filtering pitcher today! I love it. The water tastes so good. Definitely a good purchase. However, shortly after downing a few glasses while I was working out, I became so drowsy that within about five minutes I couldn't bear it. I fell asleep on my yoga mat. I slept for a few hours. When I woke up later I was wondering what on Earth had just happened. Well, my water pitcher filters by using magnesium and it puts said magnesium in the water, so I was suspicious and did an internet search. I came upon this: http://www.hollywoodhomestead.com/magnes...uce-sleep/ So happy about this, as I don't sleep well at all. Now I know just drinking some water may help me! Exciting. I just hope I can stay awake during the day.

I just wanted to caution a little bit. Having large boobs and showing off large boobs are two different things. Almost all guys dream of dating girls with large boobs but depending on the guy's personality, showing them off can be good or bad. Some guys want the attention and "Look what I have on my arm!" but I suspect your fellow is significantly more shy and could be intimated by extrovert showmanship, so I'm not suggesting you hide them, but at the same time don't put them on display either.
After all that, just wear what you are comfortable with, and don't think too much about what you think he may like.

Thanks to you both, James and Ella. Ella's right, tight clothing is something I'd never do. Fitted is a different story.
Thanks for the compliments!
I won't be seeing the boy this weekend. I knew the chances were slim, so I'm not too disappointed. But I went to an event last night with his cousin where I found out a little more about him. His sister was there as well. She's really sweet (and pretty); she came over and hugged me. I should have interacted with her more. I'd love to be friends with her.
Anyway, his cousin was talking about his personality a bit, and I realized it's pretty much exactly the type of personality that jives well with mine and makes up for some of my weaknesses. He sounds like a fun person. And he's actually not shy. He just gets quiet around me, which makes me a little sad. Looking forward to seeing him again and actually talking to him.
Now that I'm thinking about it, when I'm with his cousin, he comes up pretty regularly. I can tell his cousin really likes him. It's cute.
I really need to talk to him and get to know him.
