Currently obsessing over my waist and stomach more than my breasts, but I'm still massaging and trying to eat helpful foods. I've been pretty good about taking my supplements as well.
I've switched from my shea butter, cocoa butter, and coconut oil mixture to just straight-up shea butter for massage. Now that it's hot out, I can melt it in my hands quite easily. But it's not as pleasant to massage with as my mixture. Might have to whip up another batch.
Oh, something I've been noticing lately: At the gym in the locker room when I go to shower and wrap a towel around myself, I'm having a harder time keeping the towel in place around my chest. My chest tends to bust it open. I have to tuck the end of the towel in more tightly to keep it in place. Yay!

Maybe continue to eat healthy, but just smaller portions?

I was actually thinking just today of switching to only eating twice a day. A meal in the morning, then a meal in the late afternoon. Just for a little while. Then, once I felt more comfortable with my waist and stomach, I'd go back to three meals but with a much smaller dinner.

Yes, I'm definitely afraid of that! I'll try to eat plenty of fatty stuff to make up for not eating as much in the hopes that it will keep my breasts full. Ultimately, though, I'd rather have a tiny waist and flat stomach than big breasts.
Four times a day is good. I used to eat four times a day, too.

Waist compression raises your blood pressure, and I'm terrified of winding up with high blood pressure that puts me on meds for the rest of my life. Otherwise I'd have already long been corsetting like a fiend! I was fascinated by it when I was younger and always knew, when I had the money, I'd do it. But then I found out about how it affects blood pressure.

Multiple places, but here's a great "hands-on" experiment that proves it: https://lucycorsetry.com/2012/01/14/cors...-pressure/
