I recently read that from Lotus too. FYi I have been having flaxseed in the breakfast for at least a couple of years. But I couldn't blame flaxseeds on my boobs cause they have always been small even when I didn't eat flaxseed. Probably hasn't helped the cause though either me eating them, thought they were good for breasts overall Sad

But yeh I am a B blood type and if you belive in the "blood type diet" by Dr D'amo then I just found out fenugreek is on the NO list for B's, as with coconut oil AND red clover!
Silly thing is its fenugreek that I have taken most consistently for the past couple of years and all the while thinking it was helping my gastric issues it might very well have been complicating them! Its gutting about coconut oil too cause that's soo good for you.
NOT saying I'm believing in such diets but if you read the reviews on amazon of people who have brought the book and tried the diets there have been many life transformations from people who stopped eating the foods that cause inflammatory response's in their bodies. Ie like me, id eat chicken almost every day and to a B blood type chicken is the BIGGEST thing that is bad for us. Like nightshades. Not all people can tolerate nightshades like potatoes and tomatoes, my hair sample last year said I was nightshade intolerant Sad

Hi ya I've only been taking flaxseed for two days I'm now taking red clover drops but now reading that it might not work because of my blood type which I'm not sure what it is but b type blood is very popular so probably that I'm starting to run out of ideas and it's starting to get expensive too

Hi Lotus,

I had a question before you are leaving and I can never ask our boobie master again..sad..but ehm what do you think about taking MSM? Many of us are taking it here including me(in a low dose) but is it actually aiding anything or could it be harmful in long term? Just wondering what do we need to know about msm? Other then that it could be beneficial for our skin and making our cells more ''penetratable''..
Thanks..Smile

Hi Hannah, Smile

Here's a few things I have on MSM. Some BN have said they saw results in a few weeks, personally I think it might take longer. In other words, don't throw in the towel to early, it has a lot going for it towards NBE.

MSM - Methylsulfonylmethane - should be taken internally as a food supplement. MSM is necessary for collagen synthesis: skin, hair and nails. MSM keeps cells from becoming rigid. MSM softens tissue (the beauty mineral), relieves stress, asthma, arthritis, inflammation, constipation, candida, acne, Rosecea, detoxifies the body and increases blood circulation, reduces muscle cramps, and back pain, removes inflammation, permits muscles to heal, increases energy, alertness, mental calmness, and the ability to concentrate.

MSM scavenges free radicals, relieves allergies to food and pollens, helps the liver produce choline, controls acidity in stomach and ulcers, coats intestinal tract so parasites lose ability to hang on, helps with hypersensitivity to drugs, increases body's ability to produce insulin, is important for carbohydrate metabolism, and speeds wound healing. supports development of breast tissue and ligaments. anti-oxidant

The expression of MSM-induced IGF-1R and GHR was inhibited by AG490, a Jak2 kinase inhibitor. MSM induced binding of STAT5 to the IGF-1R and increased IGF-1 and IGF-1R promoter activities. MSM can promote osteogenic differentiation (bone formation).

MSM- Methyl sulfonyl methane, makes collagen by changing softer protein into harder connective tissue collagen, it's used for pain and swelling of the joints caused by osteoarthritis. MSM is also said to aid in male enhancement because its large amount of sulfur which benefits collagen synthesis.

If it were to be classified for breast development, I'd say its more of an adaptogen because of all of it's supported benefits.

Side effects-Upset stomach, headache, or worsening of allergy symptoms may occur.

MSM has been shown to have anti-cancer effects in breast cancer cells

Proper protein synthesis can only be achieved with MSM monomers which maintain the correct molecular framework for soft and connective tissue throughout the human body.

Thank you VERY much Lotus! Thats a lot more benefits then I thought it had.. I'll definitely continue taking my msm.. I read up to 3000 mg is a right dosage but I'll keep it low as its also found in fruits and vegetables.

Yeah after reading that it regulates tummy acid bugger me il up it too. The dreams though.... Sooooo realistic when I take MsM so it must have a neurological component to it too.
And it helps with candida .
