I have a long history of gaining a few pounds before my period. A lot of it is water retention. Sometimes, my legs look so big! Then after my period, I would pee so much and look normal, again. And as you are in NBE, how can the boobs get bigger without getting a little more meat to them?! The body is going through some changes, anyway. If something really weird occurs (I listen to my body also, especially when it has screamed at me), it is good you are pay attention to your body. People on this thread have sometimes asked about why breasts hurt with NBE. I was so shocked! I can remember sitting at the lunch table at school and feeling sharp pains when I was developing (even tiny breasts) in puberty. That was a long time ago! Lol. I would have thought that most people know about "growing pains!" Shoot! I had friends that grew tall and quickly in their teen years. It was painful. When the body is stretching... My friend, who had never nbed (as far as I know) and I have joked about the monthly extra jiggle. It is one of the only nice things Aunt Flo brings when she visits! Anyway, I hope we can all enjoy more the NBE journey; that is is safe and healthy so we don't have so many opportunities to freak out about stuff. Cheers!
Yes in luteal I always have it, but I was in my follicular phase when this occured. But today the heaviness is gone, so it was temporary.
I am personally very unfamiliar with the grwoing pains from puberty. Might have missed on that period, though I remember when suddenly from one day to another my ''montogmery glands'' were there.. I think I was 11 when that happened.. and dont remember experiencing pain during that period. But they might not have fully developed either, since they are smallish. Did aunt Flo told you about the water retention too?:p I think that might be the cause of your leg swelling, excess estrogen can be the underlying cause of it which can be led back to bcp, dont know if you are on that?

I'll still have to watch it when I have the time. I will minor my dairy intake too, not that I consume it that much. I actually only consume dairy in my protein shakes. And icecreams.
Watch it Hannah, it's the best video I have seen until now.

I eat icecream almost daily, but the healthy version which is banana icecream (also called NICECREAM). So creamy and sweet and guilt free, I love it.

Check out some pics for inspiration:

It's good that you don't feel the heaviness in your breasts anymore.

Oh wauw that looks delicious and creamy.. How do they get the nicecream so creamy? Is there oil in it?

Do you buy it in the supermarket or do you make it yourself? I never saw it in stores here..
I did not took any herbal nbe supplements this month, still I had the heaviness yesterday.. I took a tea of lemon and avc and some fennel in it yesterday and tomorrow(I'm glad) the heaviness was gone and my pee was extremely yellow, probably from waste materials I guess. Just needed a cleanse I guess.

You just need frozen bananas and a good high speed blender, that's it. You can add cocoa powder or other fruits or nuts. It's very yummy and tastes like soft icecream.

Could you blend or juice fresh bananas cocoa etc then freeze it and eat it? That would be a good weight booster wouldn't it. Could add maca etc
How would you get a creamy texture if you froze what you blended or MUST you freeze the bananas? I only have a nutri bullet?
