I''ve been silent on the board for a while, even while actively reading. So I will give a brief catch up before defining my new program.
I started NBE with the naturaful breast cream that was purchased by a platonic friend for my birthday.
I quickly grew a fibroadenoma and realised that the phytoestrogens were proving a disservice to my breasts, so I quit it. I did gain some fullness from it though and a little more rounding (especially post application).so I was only encouraged to continue. I wasn't prepared to quit NBE all together.
when I stared nbe (December '13) I was an active gym goer and 130lbs(approx 60kg) at 5'9 (176cm).
The phytos and starting obcp for the first time in my life at 21 combined with slacking in gym time and loving food caused some weight gain..
I switched to BO and Maca which resulted in ballooning out to 165lbs, boy did I ever get that butt I was looking for!.
My measurements at 130 were bust: 31,33,28(hypoplastic) waist: 27 hips 35 or 36
At 165 lbs they were bust 36-37 over, 30 under and waist: 30 hips : 39!
I attribute the bust gains to the combo of bo and noogleberry! (which I purchased in july '14)
So for months I would noogle and use BO (I quit Maca after three weeks as the butt growth to 39 was about that fast!) and just noogled away (you can find my progress pics on the NB forum, under noodle)
and continued this until about January '15 when I got a really stressful job.
I was broke in Dec'14 and stopped BO and missed some obcp, this resulted in bleeding on and off for weeks straight (spotting mind you.) We tested for everything (less endometriIsis) and even did ultrasounds.
We confirmed reasonably that the BO and missing bcP resulted in hormone fluctuations.
I Noogled on and off from January to last week, which is when I started getting serious about it. Below is my current program. This program is made to focus on the body and health as a whole. Note: I plan to use protein powder, I own a decent tasting one, but I tend to forget about it often.
Measurements will be added in a few days when I find time.
Starting BO :500mg, will ramp up as required.
milk of magnese with trace elements 2tblsp twice daily in water
Lugols iodine (breast and thyroid help)
Estrosmart (for maintaining / shrinking the fibroadenoma)
natraful breast cream (I feel it's safer to use since I'm supplementing with Lugols and estrosmart)
30 minutes HIIt daily
1 hour weight lifting daily.
Reduce:carbs
Increase : protein
Reduce:.unhealthy fats (I love POUTINE)
Currently I wear a 32 D but I'm sure that I'm likely a 30 DD.
I would like to round out my breasts as much as possible as well as reduce my areola size (anyone have any advice for niplette or supplenipp? (= )
Oh ya, I started out a 32 A that was pretty much construction + a little fat behind and around the areola region.
