Ok so I am already growing only with massage slowly but surely. My only goal is to boost the growth/speed it up. I was wondering if I take NBE herbs, can it mess up my apparently-normal hormone levels?

It can if you take doses that are too high, or take herbs that may only raise one hormone, like estrogen. If you want to speed it up a bit without messing up your hormones, I recommend Fenugreek. It's a nice, easy herb that won't give you any negative side effects.

Uhhhm, ya. How do you think breast's grow and fat redistributes?? By making E, suppressing DHT and lowering T, by Herbs that's all. Unless you are on full blown MTF HRT.
