Gosh they arent cheap are they!!!! Im a 34 band and i have a sneaky suspicion that maybe as now im finally wearing wider cups plus swoop n scoop thats why my boobs are wider now. The 32 had cups too close together for me
I still have some 32s for when i want nice cleavage though.

Yay for wider boobies! I'm so glad that technique is working for you! You're proof that it's important to do that any time someone puts on a bra.
I was looking at the center part of the bra when I tried on my pink and white one, and it didn't rest against my breastbone, so I wonder if I'm too big for a 32 band as well. Although it might just be because the D cups no longer fit me. Not only is my left breast bulging over, but the center wires are digging into my breast tissue and some of it is spilling over the sides inside the wire, if that makes sense. Like the wire part on the inside of each of my breasts is digging into the meat there rather than containing it.
I'm also kind of spilling over my Asian shaping bra, which is a B cup. Hmm...

That does NOT sound comforterable at all. Maybe you are a 34!!! And a bigger cup size than you think! You sound a lot bigger than me, you must have grown!!!!

BB you know how we were talking about the alkalising tea.... Anyway ive taken it for a few days in a row (maybe a week?) and one of the ingrediants is freezedried yam... now I have no luteal swelling and I most certainly should have had it start about 3/4 days ago. So as yam supposedly is a source of food based progesterone ete etc I wonder if the yam has upped my progesterone overriding estrogen and hence no luteal? What do you think?

Yep, peggy and I are actually exactly the same size, but my breasts have been looking bigger for a good two weeks now. I'm not due for measuring them until the first of next month, so we'll see then. But even my right breast looks different. It seems to have even changed its shape a bit. I sure hope its growth! Not claiming anything yet.
I'm no good with herbs, but it seems like a fair assumption. I wouldn't be surprised if that were the case. Obviously something is having a new effect on you, unless you changed one of your other herbs recently. If not, the yam is probably the culprit. It must be some potent stuff!

We all are due for a measure on the 1st after the hypnosis challenge aren't we... Ive been a bit naughty and not done consistently and im pretty sure I was in luteal as at 1st april and I wont be this time around so dreading the results

You're not the only naughty one! I've been super busy and exhausted this month and by the time I turn the lights out at night to visualize, right to sleep I go! I've only done it successfully one time this whole month. Even if I don't get results, though, I'm happy because it's giving me the push I need with trying to add regular visualization to my routine.
Hope your icky headache goes away soon! Enjoy your nap.
