I like to do circular rubs rather high above the nipple, sometimes rubbing a little below the shoulder even! All of that area has potential to be meaty boobs and I want to take full-advantage of that!
I totally agree with massaging the upper parts. Nice pics too, beautiful in fact.

Thank you! Big Grin They are getting to such an exciting point now! I am creating my DREAM boobs. Literally, something I only thought I could dream of but never have. Smile

Q. My acne seemed to get better when I stopped drinking skim milk.

A. Skim milk could cause acne for several reasons, notably because it depletes vitamin A and also because, if it is pasteurized, the body mounts an immune response to it. Raw whole milk often clears up acne.

Dunno if this applies to you Jen but I'm reading up on milk and its potential effect on what we are doing, If what I post below is true I'l start drinking milk! Organic of course. Wonder if this is why sour cream masks have been claimed to work for women...

Q. Is there growth hormone in milk?

A. All cow milk contains growth hormones, which are identical to human growth hormones. These are being sold as a health food and are considered beneficial in the health food industry.

Can you let me know how you massage your breasts? Especially the top part? Is there a youtube video I can refer too?

Yeah, I've read a lot on cows milk and adult acne and that's why I quit. Skin is far better. I also put a filter on my shower again though at the same time. I think that could be a contributer too: the chlorine and possibly flouride that's in the water. I have extremely sensitive skin.

Thank you for this though!

I've noticed over this past month that I am not doing NBE as often. It is slowly becoming less of an importance and I am glad. I was hoping that as I grew, my mind wouldn't feel as much of a need to grow--and it isn't. It has been #1 for me in regards to what I do with my alone time since I first started. Not only that, but I have embraced being alone far more than usual. I have definitely pissed people off who think I don't have time for them anymore. I'm becoming too aloof but when my man is here, I can't work on them! So it's like I HAVE to distance myself! I was extremely determined to grow and I knew there would be sacrifices. Social life was one of the main things to suffer.

This has been very time-consuming and although I am SO happy with the results, it's not something that would be healthy to keep doing for years. What if they did keep growing? They may look good now but how about in 20 years? I don't want saggy boobs down the line.

Next month will be my 1-year NBE anniversary. After that I will probably slow down a lot. Not stop, and I will keep posting monthly photos for the time being, but slow down even more.

I've been working on living in the 'now'. NBE is not a living in the 'now' hobby for me because I constantly look forward to the next month when I am swollen and can compare if I grew. Lately, finally, I am not worrying about the next month. I am just enjoying the present and it feels nice. This is largely because I can look at my boobs all month long and be so happy about them. Before they still felt too small. 1 year in and they look great!

I like you because even if you achieved a great success, you are not getting used to it, you appreciate it every day. Some girls who had greast results seem to have forgotten how it was like being on the other side, maybe it's just my impression!
