It's good to be skeptical, but it really does work. I tried it before and gave up too quickly-- but after reading through many different success stories on these forums, I decided to try again. I'm glad I did.

I massage with flaxseed oil 300 strokes twice a day (while I'm in bed). I have had success with this technique, but not everyone does. You can check out my picture page to see my progress.
