Hi ladies.
I'm sure I'm in the same boat of a lot of women starting this for the first time-I don't know whether or not to believe any of it. Obviously the internet is full of scams and hoaxes, but I'm curious enough to try something to see if it works. I'm a 34B at my normal weight, it fluctuates a tiny bit if I gain or lose but not drastically (I guess that's probably because my weight doesn't change drastically either).
I've tried massaging for a while with almond oil doing 100 strokes after my shower, but it's hard to keep up with because I end up giving up hoe for a while. I used to use fenugreek and saw palmetto but stopped because I got nervous about putting phytoestrogens into my system-I know that high levels of estrogen can contribute to your risk of breast cancer so I thought it was a bad idea to do so.
I don't know if I'm looking for advice or encouragement, I think I just really want to know if it's even possible that any of this works at all. Part of me wants to believe doctors who have studied this and said "no, you can't increase fat tissue on one part of your body by rubbing it or taking pills" because it seems logical. I mean, you can't get a bigger belly or fatter legs by massaging it, so why would breasts be any different?
