Did you buy a product with all 3 of those in it?
Do you feel fish oil will help with nbe?
Borage is a goos source of GLA which also help you loose weight.. So you could loose breast size as well. There are better oils for massage and there better oils for topical application if your trying for nbe. Emily had good result with flax. I tried and got swelloing but probably just from the massage vs it being from the flax.
