I saw a bottle of this at the store and thought to give it a shot. Has anyone tried massaging with it?

I used 1 pill which was enough to cover both breasts thoroughly. The stench was pretty strong but it doesn't smell bad really. It doesn't dry off, even after 2 hours of constant rubbing and massaging.

Right now, my skin is a little soft but my nipples are really soft. They feel so silky smooth. I'm guessing it absorbed allot of the oil.

I've also read that you need to wrap your chest in saran wrap and let it absorb overnight rather than massage then wipe off.

Do you feel fish oil will help with nbe?

Borage is a goos source of GLA which also help you loose weight.. So you could loose breast size as well. There are better oils for massage and there better oils for topical application if your trying for nbe. Emily had good result with flax. I tried and got swelloing but probably just from the massage vs it being from the flax.

Yes, I've bought a bottle that contained all 3. Ouch, I hope the borage doesn't make me lose progress. I'll probably just try it for a week or 2 and if I see no results, toss it. It did help with smoothness though.

I was led to believe that borage oil is good for massaging - much better than FSO. I wasn't aware that it could actually shrink them!

Also, supposedly EPO is better than FSO.
