I like to keep a steady supply of fenugreek in my system, so I take it at regular intervals.

03:00PM 600mg of Fenugreek Seed(1 Capsule)

11:00PM 300mg of Fenugreek Extract(1 Capsule)
320mg of Saw Palmetto Extract(1 Softgel)

07:00AM 300mg of Fenugreek Extract(1 Capsule)



And somewhere in the midst of all that, I take 3 grams(3000mg) of whole fenugreek seed, mixed in applesauce.

In total, I take 4200mg of fenugreek a day.
