Hey, I just wondered if anyone else had bad side effects with saw palmetto?
I used it a few months ago for a week and had EXTREMELY severe headaches, like I thought I had meningitis it was that bad, the headaches stopped as soon as I stopped taking it.
I tried it again the last two weeks and was having really good progress in the nbe area and it also started to clear my skin a bit, but the headaches were back
It was a complex of sawpalmetto, pumpkin seed oil and africanum pygeum so it may have been one of the others but the sp had the highest quantity.
I was making some good progress but the headaches are just scary, does anyone know of another anti-androgen as strong as saw palmetto?
