Ok so I will sort of be performing a little experiment or maybe even a mini journey. I have awful looking dents in my hips and sort came up with a regime to finally fill them in.
What I will do:
- an exercise I found on a thread on this site.
- a mix of 50/50 olive oil and canola oil applied to hips 2x a day
- wear a body shaper as much as possible
I'll officially start tomorrow and I'll probably post the link to the thread if I find it again. If not I'll post the workout. Now the reason why I chose those 2 oils is cuz 1) they are both clearish and odorless, much more practical than fish and flax oil and 2) they both contain healthy fats that can penetrate deep into the skin. The body shaper is just to push and shape the fat the way I want it. I don't know how well this will work if at all but I'll keeP u guys posted
