Since I'm changing my program I'm making a new thread. Currency measurements:
Breasts: 34"
Waist: 28.5-27.5
Butt: 40.5"

7th day of cycle will start
-taking 1 fenugreek, saw palmetto, and red clover capsule and slowly increase until I feel something.
-Will taking a serving of a protein shake everyday
-Collogen capsules daily
-exercise everyday to increase circulation. These workouts will include cardio, heavyweight lower body exercises for a bigger butt and strength training for toned abs and arms
-massage with wheat germ oil. May make my own breast enlarging cream down the road
- and of coarse eating healthy

Until then which should be in 2 weeks I will drinking dandelion root tea to detox liver and increase estrogen receptors. I will also continue working out and taking a protein shake to increase my bum
What are your goal measurements?

My goal measurements:
Breasts: I don't have a goal yet. I gained a inch on my last program and realized that really isn't all that much. I think a good checkpoint would be 36" & if that looks small still I'll try for another 2" until I'm happy
Waist: 26"
Butt: 42" for now but that will probably change. I've gained 1.5" so far and once again that seem like very little change.


Dandelion root tea recipe:
Dig up some dandelion roots from your yard
Clean off dirt and take off the little stringy roots from the main part
Chop up the roots to 1/4 of an inch
Bake them for 2 hours at 250'F
They should shrivel up. Put a bit in some warm water and let sit for 20 min
Strain and drink tea.

I think it tastes really bitter so I mix chamomile tea with it. MAKE SURE YOUR YARD WAS NOT TREATED WITH ANY CHEMICALS! Enjoy your free dandelion root teaSmile
Our measurements are kind of similar.
My goal butt is 45". I'm about 40.5 as well!(:

Ok so I will sort of be performing a little experiment or maybe even a mini journey. I have awful looking dents in my hips and sort came up with a regime to finally fill them in.
What I will do:
- an exercise I found on a thread on this site.
- a mix of 50/50 olive oil and canola oil applied to hips 2x a day
- wear a body shaper as much as possible

I'll officially start tomorrow and I'll probably post the link to the thread if I find it again. If not I'll post the workout. Now the reason why I chose those 2 oils is cuz 1) they are both clearish and odorless, much more practical than fish and flax oil and 2) they both contain healthy fats that can penetrate deep into the skin. The body shaper is just to push and shape the fat the way I want it. I don't know how well this will work if at all but I'll keeP u guys posted Wink

That's great!! I love it!! I have a hip dip too, so I will definitely be adding this to my regimen. Have you heard of hula hooping for exercise? It brings in the waist so you have that nice little hip curve.(: I just bought a regular hula hoop, although if you're already good at it, you can buy a weighted one. I however, am not so good at it for some reason. I think it's because I got an extra big one or something(x

I've heard of thatBig Grin my friend taught me how to hulahoop in high school and since then I've been hula hooping. I can even do a few tricksWink I think though for dramatic results like we've seen it has to be a weighted hula hoop cuz mine is just a normal cheap one and I haven't noticed that much of a difference:/. I think for now I will focus on increasing my butt and hips while Maintaining my waist and once I'm satisfied I'll work on shrinking it. I got the feeling that my waist will take all my focus and energy.

Tomorrow is day 1 for my nbe. I made some booby batter today. It's a mix of wheat germ oil, saw palmetto, red clover, and fenugreek mixed in some Shea butter lotion. I'm probably going to let the herbs sit in the oil for a few days before I start using it.

I don't see any difference on my hip dents yet since it's ony been like 3 days lol. I think once i start nbe that, along with everything else, will help fill them in. I have gained 1/4" on my buttSmile I'm going to incorporate more lower back exercises to try to get more of a shelf. I currently have a teardrop booty:/
Today is day 3. I've been taking 1 capsule of collagen, saw palmetto, RC, and FG 3x a day. I don't have the bottles with me to tell you the mg:/ while I've been letting my booby batter sit I've been massaging with some volufiline cream I had lying around on my smaller breast and MR on both. I havent experienced much aches or soreness but my breasts do feel more squishy lol and swelled about .5"
