Okay, Reasoning:
Bookmarked information about fennel where Isabelle mentions to take four times the amount of fennel when taking hops because fennel contains four times more phyto progestins than hops phyto estrogens. I dosed accordingly and as close as I could with the mgs of pills I have but, I will probably end up taking more later because she mentions there are exceptons for persistent aaa's...hmmm thats me. I am thinking I will end up taking alot more, but since I ramped up slowly with the other herbs, I will wait and see how I response.
I havent been taking nearly enough fenugreek, going to start that engine right now.
I had good results in the past with only saw palmetto and evp. I was taking alot more sp than I am now around 2500. It was for acne too but my boobs liked the combo.
Things are really actually starting now. I wanted to ramp up slowly and I think I've done so. Now its time to kickstart this program for real.
Id also like to take more EVP and also whip up a decollate cream for myself using evp and some other things. I need to order a larger bottle.
I am taking gelatin, collagen, msm, and now also 2000 mg vitamin c with a glass of pineapple or orange juice. Still massaging.
I have a protein shake each day with hemp protein, never mentioned that. But, I need more protein. I will try to have an exra shake every day as well as lots of organic milk.
