I am taking the Fenugreek 2 times a day too. I have noticed a little bit of growth. I do have a question though. My left breast hurts and the right one too. I have like this lump it moves. I was curious if you had experienced anything like this? I am scared to take any more. It feels almost inflamed or something, cause my breast feel swollen. I am starting my period any day now so I am not gonna really go by what I feel right now. They changed during that time. I hope there is nothing wrong with me. I just bought my 2nd bottle of my fenugreek seed capsules. I can always return it...
