I started NBE in March 2008 with breast massage. I took fenugreek on and off for awhile months ago. Took a break from NBE in June 2009 except for massage occasionally. I went from a 32A to a 32C from when I started to now.

shyboobs- sizes i think look the best on people is 34B, 34C, 34D, and 34DD. a 32C is the same as a 34B so i'm at the minimum size i think looks good. I got that victoria's secret bra that makes you look two cup sizes bigger. I got a 32D in it and it makes me look huge. So if it makes me look like a 32E (same as 34DD) i absolutely do not want bigger boobs that that because it'd be too big for me. basically I want my boobs to match my hip size so probably two more cup sizes.
t-belle- massage helped me go from a 32A to 32B but i went on birth control after that. I did gain weight too i used to weigh 94-98lbs now i weigh 109-112lbs.
update- I'm switching bcp's soon. I don't know what brand yet though but it'll probably be ortho-tricyclen. Also I forgot to add I haven't exercised alot since august because I'm too busy with college crap to have the time.

new routine- i'm starting with massage. i need to start eating healthier again as well. I'm already drinking more water than i used to. i'm thinking of trying herbs or something too but i'm not sure what yet.
also i just thought i would add that the last time i went to my doctor's i had my hormones tested and they are normal
updates- my new birth control is reclipsen. never heard of it until i got put on it. supposedly it's a lower dose pill than ortho-cyclen but my boobs hurt so bad and i only started it on sunday. also i've been stressed out because of school and family problems during the past month.
i'm still only doing massage right now and trying to exercise more.
that's pretty much it for now.
i like my new bcp's better than my old ones so far. i also started taking different vitamins the gnc ones for healthy hair, skin, and nails.

I believe BCP alone, will promote breast growth.
im not doing nbe anymore because i realized im happy with my size and how i look. i'm also busy with other things in my life. i might go back to this in the future if i feel like i need to.

Hey nothing wrong with that! I'll be glad once I reach my goals too. I won't be taking any herbs after that point (maybe even once I hit a B cup), just do a lil maintenance with NB. My hair needs a break from herbs lol.

I am taking the Fenugreek 2 times a day too. I have noticed a little bit of growth. I do have a question though. My left breast hurts and the right one too. I have like this lump it moves. I was curious if you had experienced anything like this? I am scared to take any more. It feels almost inflamed or something, cause my breast feel swollen. I am starting my period any day now so I am not gonna really go by what I feel right now. They changed during that time. I hope there is nothing wrong with me. I just bought my 2nd bottle of my fenugreek seed capsules. I can always return it...
Please let me know what you think about my situation...
