Please, please, PLEASE don't take this the wrong way... but. Your breasts are really quite good for 16. Yes. Some girls are bigger at 16. Many don't have any development at all at 16. Yours are fairly average. And there's absolutely nothing wrong with average. The girls who are already big at your age generally end up getting enormous and looking horribly out of proportion with terribly massive breasts and barely any hip. You have amazing hips.

That said. The things you might consider looking into are breast massages and exercises, and maybe a pumping system like the noogleberry if you can figure out a way to purchase one. Honestly, I'd recommend being open with your parents about it any which way.

DON'T even so much as consider topical breast enhancement creams let alone internal stuff!

And I agree with Tibetan on the guy angle, all of it. Though I do have to admit that I want to be able to please one someday myself! But ONLY if I'm in a committed relationship FIRST. And you're too young to even know what that is. And no buts. I've been there. I thought I knew everything once too.
