holding at 32.5" felt very estrogen dominant so I went out to get some maca and progesterone cream, funny thing is in Canada we can't get it in stores readily. I bought the wild yam cream just to use for now and I have to wait for emerita pro-gest cream to be shipped in 
but I hope my symptoms go away, granted they weren't very bad. I noticed I got a headache not a big one but just one that kind of stayed for ten minutes and I never really get headaches so that was a big sign to me.
Will not be repurchasing rapi-bust its kind of nice as a booster but too expensive to really keep up and not enough knowledge of it is kinda concerning.
Going to stay with my pm - enhancement blend from greenbush pills for maybe another month or two and see if i get any changes. Sometimes I think its mostly luteal swelling... May have to reconsider my program.
