I've tried many different programs and NBE methods. My advice to you would be to start with the noogleberry system and then do some research into adding an oral supplement, there are a good amount of nooglers who take Peuraria Mirifica (PM) as well as noogling.
I have been doing NBE for about 6 years ( Since i was in highschool) and nothing has worked quite as well as noogling. So that is why i suggest to start with noogelberry first, I wish i had discovered it when i first started.
