I was researching bountiful breast and came across this forum, i didnt realise there was so much out there...................... how do i even begin to think about where to start or what to try for me, dont know why i dont have any boobs at all (and my sisters do) so what do i try first.. any advice/info gratefull received

Because I am new here as well, I couldn't be of much help to guide anyone. I have soooo much to learn myself. But after reading many topics here, I have a better understanding of why some products do work for some and not others. None of us are identical and there are so many factors to influence our results, no product could possibly work for us all. Age, diet, lifestyle, stress, possibly genetics, and many, many more things influence our attempts. Even our laundry detergent as well as (too many to name) numerous household products affect our estrogen levels.
I have come to this conclusion; I want this and am willing work, try, and tweak my program with things I learn here. And if I first don't succeed, I'll try something else. And also I've noted that for most of us, some level of success is achieved, but it usually doesn't happen over night.
Personally, I just jumped in and tried what seemed to get good reviews. Now that I have problems with it, I've asked for specific help for symptoms and gotten some suggestions. I know I haven't been much help, sorry. Just don't give up. I, along with many others have seen results, it can happen for you, just don't get discouraged and give up!

I've tried many different programs and NBE methods. My advice to you would be to start with the noogleberry system and then do some research into adding an oral supplement, there are a good amount of nooglers who take Peuraria Mirifica (PM) as well as noogling.
I have been doing NBE for about 6 years ( Since i was in highschool) and nothing has worked quite as well as noogling. So that is why i suggest to start with noogelberry first, I wish i had discovered it when i first started.
