Welcome to the site, Rhea. I find it ironic that people apologize that English is a second language and then proceed to write better than many, many native English speakers. It's very easy to understand you, so please don't worry about communication problems.
Here are a couple of common NBE (natural breast enhancement) programs, but they're for men. I suppose that they'd work for women as well, but I don't know. These are not all of the possible NBE programs, just the two that I know of.
1. FG (Fenugreek), SP (Saw Palmetto), RC (Red Clover) - I am unsure of the dosages
2. PM (Pueraria Mirifica) - common dosage between 1,000 and 2,000 mg daily, although some take 3,000 and maybe even more. They say it works better when taken with dietary calcium (such as milk or yogurt or even a vitamin pill) but do not overdo the calcium as too much is unhealthy.
You might read the Information for Newcomers forum in the Reference section, especially the NBE Glossary sub forum so that you can understand the multitudinous abbreviations used here. Then you might try reading some of the entries in each of the forums in the Methods section. After a couple of hours reading, which we've all done, you kind of get an idea of what seems to work and what seems to not work at all. A lot of the products offered for sale over the internet claim great results such as 3 cup gain in 3 months, but do nothing but lighten your purse.
Many in here also do breast massage. Many also use a Breast Pump/Suction device. I, personally, do both, massaging but not nearly long enough each day and using a Noogleberry Breast Pump (actually a suction device) but not with the consistency that I should.
You should be aware that what works for one person, might not work for another and might be toxic for a third (isn't this fun?) Anything you attempt should be eased into to assure there are no major side effects. Also, you might check the gender of a poster (you can do this by clicking on their name or avatar.) What works for a man might be the wrong thing for a woman. Also, aside from a few who have miraculous growth almost overnight, NBE is a slow process taking months. Patience is definitely required. It is a trick deciding when something isn't going to work for you and when you just need to give it more time.
Doing this successfully requires experimentation, but the results are certainly worthwhile.
Best of luck to us all.
