has anyone else got chicken skin after massaging?
#2

Maybe there is something in what your using you are having a reaction to.

Might I suggest giving the creams/oils you are using now a brake to see if it fades. maybe use olive oil for the massage for a week and see if there is a difference. the reason why I have suggested olive oil is because it is very, very good for the health of the skin and 100% natural so cant do damage. it should also help heal your skin. It wont however help with he growth as there nothing in it to help with that but the massage itself should be enough in the week or so of healing. you shouldn’t put your aims of growth over your health.

When/if it heals over try and introduce your oils and creams one by one slowly to see which was the problem. It might even be the combination the problem and you have to use one in the morning and one at night.
