Hi everyone,
I've been massaging my breasts twice a day for the last 2 months, sometimes with a pm breast cream and sometimes with cocoa butter massage oil.

But now it seems that I have got something like chicken skin, lots of small, dry, slightly rough skin on my breasts. At the start it was just a small patch, now it seems to be all over my upper breast and chest and starting to continue downwards Sad

I'm not sure if its from the pm cream or the massaging oil or whether its the friction of massaging itself. I'm really confused and don't know what to do, becoz I know how important it is to massage your breasts everyday, but at the same time, I don't want to make my skin any worse. Do I stop the massaging, or should I try some other oils?

Has anyone else had the same problems with breast massaging??
Maybe there is something in what your using you are having a reaction to.

Might I suggest giving the creams/oils you are using now a brake to see if it fades. maybe use olive oil for the massage for a week and see if there is a difference. the reason why I have suggested olive oil is because it is very, very good for the health of the skin and 100% natural so cant do damage. it should also help heal your skin. It wont however help with he growth as there nothing in it to help with that but the massage itself should be enough in the week or so of healing. you shouldn’t put your aims of growth over your health.

When/if it heals over try and introduce your oils and creams one by one slowly to see which was the problem. It might even be the combination the problem and you have to use one in the morning and one at night.
Thank you Maz, for the advice Smile Since that I have gone and bought one of those rolling breast massagers to try and ease the friction of massaging.

I think it maybe the PM cream that I am using, as every time I try to use it again, the chicken skin seems to become more obvious, its such a shame coz it does seem to make my breasts more firm and round Sad

The olive oil that you use, is it just the normal one that you use for cooking, coz I have plenty of that hahaha.....

At the moment the breast roller isn't doing much for me, I'm using a lotion with AHA to try and clear the skin abit.

Not sure if I should try another PM cream or not, its kind of put me off a bit, but the results are quite tempting too Sad

dont worry it just sounds like blocked pores try washing breasts with an exfoliating scrub before massage
and using less herbal creams oils are much better to massage with and dont use too much then put the cream on at a different time
oh yeah, I never thought of putting the cream on at a different time to when I massage hahaha..... thank you barbie girl, I will keep using the AHA lotion coz that seems to work, and when its cleared up I will just massage with oil and put the PM cream on at a different time.

I'll c how that goes, thanks for that Smile
hey yes it was just normal cooking oil I was suggesting extra virgin. glad its clearing up.

Smile
Now thats convenient haha.... is that what you use for massage?? Actually I was trying to look for a recipe to infuse my own PM massage oil, that usually uses olive oil too, but so far can't find one yet Angry

I've just tried putting on the PM cream without massaging, but that wasn't a good idea either Sad

Hows your boobie growth going??
I had also suffered from this problem. I had used the expired ayurvedic oil Sad

Hi

Sorry for not writing back, I actually use cocoanut oil mixed with vitamin E. I don’t get too many problems with it however recently I have been using Vaseline or other petroleum jelly to lubricate my noogleberry. I really shouldn’t be using it its not good for the skin but I have a big tub of it an I want to use it up. When I have finished it I will go back to the oils. I actually still use them for the morning pumping session.

My growth is good thank you I think the pump is really working for me, it’s the only NBE method I am using at the moment. I‘m not sure how much I am actually growing but the swelling is lasting a long time. I am thinking of purchasing the extra large domes soon.

How is yours?

Has your skin improved?
There is a lotion called cerve it is wonderful my son gets dry patches on his face and stomach. his dermatoligist suggested this and it works great. get it in the tub cause the other ones have mostly water in them. it cost around $14.00. it is worth every penny. It should clear up in a day or so.
