Hi, PM is very powerful so it does sound that it can affect your period and skin though eventually the skin is supposed to be better I thought. The cream should have no effect on your skin or period. I also broke out in the beginning of NBE when I was taking lots of different herbs. I think that indicates a hormonal imbalance. Saw palmetto (which reduces testosterone, the male hormone) did wonders on me and even the worst deepest pimples disappeared. My skin was so clear! I had to eventually stop taking SP because it looks like it is also a phytoestrogen and from what I understand if weaker phytoestrogens are mixed with the stronger phytoestrogen, i.e. PM, they may weaken the effectiveness of PM. Unfortunately, I am now getting some spots again. So I have decided to reduce the testosterone by changing the contraception pill. There are few pills which reduce the testosterone levels and clear the skin (as a result some peoples breasts grow on these pills as well). Here in Germany I am now choosing between Valette, Diane 35 and Belara. Are you on one of those already?
As regards my progress, I have only done two months of PM cream. I have been getting growing pains from the beginning and had extra fullness but I have lost some weight (being back to my pre-pregnancy weight and no more bellySmile) and all the fullness. I am now approaching the second half of my cycle when the growth happens and will be adding progesterone cream to my program which is important for the development of the mammary tissue. Will let you know how it goes.
By the way, the bad reviews about Ainterol were in the old forums. I think pretty much everyone who uses Ainterol now reports great results. There are picture pages on the Ainterol's website as well and it seems to be a good product. Perhaps the formula has been improved or something?
