I am gonna have to stop taking the PM pills. Besides the worst period I have had in quite some time, I have had horribly oily and discolored facial skin since I started. What's worse is before taking PM I hadn't broken out in over 2 weeks, and within these four-five days of taking it I've broken out with 7 new pimples - and a couple really bad ones too!
I've worked so hard to clear up my skin with a great diet, cleaning and product regimen, exercise, and sleep lately, that I don't want to spoil it all.
However, I am going to order the PM cream and continue writing on this thread when it comes in the mail
. I figure the cream shouldn't affect my face skin and period like that, right?
I'll continue with the hypnosis, exercise, and massage while waiting for the cream
