So today I thought it would be a good idea to take the powder out of one of my capsules and add it to the moisterizer I use to massage.
...I've had better ideas....
The powder was not a pleasant smell. Apparently, the powder is not extremely fine-grained either, as I experienced a very unpleasant exfoliation process >.< . Then to top it off, it balled-up in little tiny balls that kept falling off me and on to my clothes, my bed, and the carpet haha.
At least the powder was a pretty shade of pink
I think I'm just gonna buy some Ainterol PM cream, although I'm really trying to save money right now :/.
Also, side note: my period today was really heavy, and I had cramps. This is weird because I usually have light periods with NO cramps. I am hoping this isn't a sign of things to come from PM
.... I've only taken it for a couple days though, so it can't be causing anything this fast, can it?
