So I completed every aspect of the program today.
When massaging my breasts, I looked in the mirror and was disturbed that in between my breasts you can see my ribcage quite clearly at times. I think I shall definitely work on gaining a little weight.
It's hard because I don't eat any "unhealthy" foods. I can barely remember the last time I had any bakery, soda, chocolate, chips, anything
.
Also, I noticed today that the skin on my face looked much oilier than normal. I am hoping this is not from the PM. I don't think it is though because I just started taking it yesterday.
I have to be careful with what I do/take/eat because I am acne prone

Also, I am no longer taking CoQ10 because I read online that our CoQ10 production is highest in 20's, and taking it as a supplement could have negative effects when you are younger. I was only taking it because I heard it was a really good antioxidant, and it was just laying around the house.
Anyway, nothing new today other than that. I wish I could include measurements, but I can't seem to measure to save my life. I'll take multiple measurements in a row, and they'll all be different. I guess it depends where the measuring tape falls on the back? I am hoping that I'll be able to tell a difference in the pictures eventually.
Does anyone know if it is better to take PM with food or on an empty stomach?
